Adam has worked in general practice for five years. He graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012, spent three years of hospital training at the Ipswich Hospital working mainly in the emergency department, and then completed GP training in Hervey Bay.
Adam loves all aspects of general practice and is happy to see any health concern. He feels it is important that patients are in control of their own care, and that his job is to explain options and let the patient choose.
He believes that a healthy lifestyle is the best medical intervention, and promotes nutritious eating and regular exercise. Adam does not believe in the use of opioids for chronic pain and does not prescribe these.
Dr Ashish Sinha

Dr Ashish Sinha, popularly known as ‘Dr Ash’, graduated in St Petersburg, Russia. After working in India for 2 years, he moved to London where he finished Basic Physician training in General Medicine & later went on to train in Emergency Medicine. After migrating to Australia, he decided to enter into General Practice & since 2010 has been practicing in Coffs Harbour.
Dr Ash can provide services in English, Russian, Hindi, Bengali & Punjabi.
Dr Ash is an experienced GP who is actively engaged in shaping the future of medicine. With a focus on education, Dr Ash contributes by training GP Registrars and teaching Medical Students.
He has certificates in Family Planning & Aesthetic Medicine and Diplomas in Child health & Skin Cancer. He regularly applies his knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine to produce the best cosmetic outcome in skin cancer surgeries.
He maintains a healthy lifestyle & strongly advocates his patients do the same.
Dr Katherine Heffernan

Kate graduated from The University of Notre Dame Fremantle, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Kate has always had an interest in rural and remote medicine completing her third year of medicine with the Rural Clinical School in Geraldton, WA and in 2013 completing a medical term in the Solomon Islands.
Since graduating medical school in 2011, Kate has worked at a number of different hospitals – Fremantle, St Vincent’s, Tamworth, Mona Vale and Gosford Hospital. Her main focus has been in the area of anaesthetics and more recently she completed a year of paediatrics at Hornsby Hospital in 2020.
Kate moved to Coffs Harbour from Sydney at the start of 2021 to start her GP training. Kate is now a qualified GP anaesthetist and is welcoming new patients.
Dr Olga Zbarskaya

Olga graduated with first class honours from the University of Queensland in 2014. She has worked as a GP in Hervey Bay and Brisbane since 2017. She moved to Coffs Harbour to raise her young daughter, and has just returned from maternity leave.
Being a mum, Olga has a special interest in children’s health. Olga believes that many common conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes are largely preventable through a combination of regular check ups and having a healthy lifestyle. Olga is happy to perform skin checks and skin surgery.

Dr Ryan Partridge

Dr Partridge is a graduate of the University of Queensland Medical School and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has been working in general practice since 2012 with the majority of his work in regional towns on the Mid North Coast including Dorrigo, Bellingen and the Nambucca Valley.
In addition to his primary medical degree, he is currently undertaking additional studies to complete a Masters of Internal Medicine with the University of Sydney.
As a Clinical Lecturer with UNSW Medicine, he is actively involved with the local Rural Clinical School teaching medical students of all year levels.
Dr Partridge is interested in all aspects of general practice, and is particularly interested in difficult to diagnose conditions as well as the management of complex/chronic medical conditions.
He strongly believes that lifestyle measures are the first step in tackling chronic medical conditions. His strategy for chronic pain management is to assist with lifestyle interventions rather than prescription medications.

Dr Evgenia Biryukova, popularly known as ‘Dr Eve’, graduated with Honours in St Petersburg, Russia. Dr Eve finished her Post Graduation in General Medicine & has done a PhD in Cardiology. Her PhD related articles have been published in several leading medical journals in Russia, where Dr Eve practiced as a General Physician. She migrated to London, worked as a Medical Registrar & completed MD in Cardiology from St George’s Hospital & University, London. Her MD related article has been published in Circulation & European Journal of Cardio-thoracic Surgery. She has presented at national & international meetings.
